These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Rillbill Integrated Service Limited's public website, rillbill.com, and client portal, app.rillbill.com. By accessing either site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of both sites

Both sites are owned and operated by Rillbill Integrated Service Limited (RC: RC - 9021943), registered in Nigeria, with its registered address at Zaria Road, Jos North, Plateau State, Nigeria

rillbill.com is informational: it describes EMS and HMS, our two licensed products, and showcases custom software we've built for other organisations. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to any systems, or use the site in any way that could disable, damage, or impair its functioning

Licensing EMS or HMS, funding a wallet, and managing an active licence all happen through the client portal, app.rillbill.com, and are governed by these same Terms of Use

Wallet payments are processed by our third-party payment partners, Paystack and Flutterwave; your use of their payment services is also subject to their own terms

You're responsible for keeping your client portal account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account

All content on either site, including text, graphics, logos, product screenshots, and design, is the property of Rillbill Integrated Service Limited or its clients and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated. Product screenshots shown are used to illustrate systems built by Rillbill and remain the property of their respective client organisations where applicable

Both sites and their content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rillbill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, either site

Our public website links to our code repository on GitHub and to live client websites we've built. Our client portal relies on Paystack and Flutterwave to process payments. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of either site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
